Rats, are the neutral Faction, that a player first starts out when registering into the game. It is the only faction that can not take any zones, and thus can not benefit from advantages like Recon or Outposts.
Rats HQ
- Multiple Exits to different parts of the Sewers.
- Maryland Sewer (1)
- Sun City Grande Sewer (2)
- Warmart Sewer (3)
- Paradise Valley Sewer (4)
- A ladder down to the Deep Sewer. (5)
- Base Manager (Surfshack Vido). Talk to him if you want to buy a base or accept a base-invite.
- Multiple Recruiters (Ambassadors) in the center of every main faction, to allow you to join factions easily.
- Trader (Gremlin). You can sell your junk here, as well as buy some very basic gear.
- Teleporter (Rat Guide). Allows Teleport to four distinct Safehouses on Phoenix.
- A multitude of Quest Givers each with their own Quest.
- Challenge Giver (The Grandmaster)
