Armor Efficiency is a possible Perk you can learn during the leveling process of your character.

Perk Description

A partial Armor Bypass is 20% less severe for you.

Important notes

The Armor Bypass severity to partial Armor Bypasses is lowered by 20%. Basically, when receiving partial armor bypasses that ignore a percentage of your armor value, they will now ignore 20% less armor. This value is not multiplicative, but additive. Meaning, if you had 20% Armor Bypass Severity already, then take this perk, you would give you 0% - meaning none of your armor would be ignored.
