Fast Reload is a possible Perk you can learn during the leveling process of your character.
Perk Description
Reloading a Weapon costs 20% less Action Points.
Important notes
This is especially useful for weapons that reload often, like Rocket Launchers, or weapons that have huge Reload costs up in the hundreds of Action Points like Heavy Machine Guns.
