Information
Restless is a possible Perk you can learn during the leveling process of your character.
Perk Description
Your AP+ Regeneration is increased by +5 per second, if you are in negative Action Points.
Important notes
Whenever your AP bar is red (you have negative AP, due to overusing Action Points), you will get a +5 Action Point regeneration per second, until at 0 again.
