Nerves of Steel is a possible Perk you can learn during the leveling process of your character.
Perk Description
+2 Luck (Instead of -2) for purposes of determining Critical Resistance and no Damage Resistance penalty whenever you are disoriented, winded or suppressed.
Important notes
This perk is often misunderstood, and is much stronger then it appears to be. Many don't know, that when you are disoriented, winded or suppressed, you lose 2 Luck worth of Critical Resistance, and get -10% to each Damage Resistance type there is.
With Nerves of Steel, you get +2 Luck instead (-2 to +2 is a 4 Luck difference!), and no Damage Resistance penalty, when disoriented, winded or suppressed. This means you are actually more resistant to criticals when under the effect of any of the three debuffs.
