Faith Healer is a possible Perk you can learn during the leveling process of your character.
Perk Description
Only Bandage patients (including yourself) up to of the default value.
Consume basic med kits slower.

Consumption of the Aid Kits is lowered by the same amount of . This includes First Aid Kits, Field Medic Kits, Doctor Bags as well as Paramedic Bags.
Example
When your First Aid on a target would apply 60% bandaged, it now only applies bandaged status.
