Ghost is a possible Perk you can learn during the leveling process of your character.
Perk Description
Regaining of Sneak-Value is now 2 Hex per second faster. (Loss of Sneak-Value is still the same!)
Important notes
Effectively, this means, you will regain your previous sneak-value after running around and coming to a halt near a wall. It will not slow down the loss of your sneak-value, as you start running around away from a wall.
