Consume basic med kits slower.

Important notes

Consumption of the Aid Kits is lowered by the same amount of ${\frac {2}{3}}$. This includes First Aid Kits, Field Medic Kits, Doctor Bags as well as Paramedic Bags.

Example

When your First Aid on a target would apply 60% bandaged, it now only applies $60*{\frac {2}{3}}=40\%$ bandaged status.
