Venomous Hands is a possible Perk you can learn during the leveling process of your character.
Perk Description
All your melee attacks will inflict poison and slow down your opponent. More poison with weapons that apply bleed.
Important notes
Your Melee attacks will poison your enemy. If you attack with a bladed weapon, that applies bleed, you apply even more poison.
Poison does Damage over Time, as well as lower enemies stats, like Healing Rate.
