Information
Knockout Strike (Weapon Perk) is a possible Weapon Perk a weapon can have.
Weapon Perk Description
Target suffers -2 Strength for the purposes of resisting Knockouts.
Important notes
This effectively results in -10% Critical Strength if rolling for knockouts. If the target has more then 100%, you might still not be able to apply knockouts on them.
