Information
Radiating is a possible Perk you can learn during the leveling process of your character.
Perk Description
Healing Rate shared with random teammate around 10 Hexes if full HP.
+3 Healing Rate
Important notes
If you are at full HP, it takes all teammates around you in a 10 Hexes radius and finds a random teammate that is NOT full HP, to apply your Healing Rate to them. This means, it will keep searching for a person that can actually benefit from your Healing Rate. It will not try to find the nearest one, nor will it try to find the lowest HP one. Just someone who is not full HP.
