Fast Shot is a possible Trait you can pick during character creation.
Positive Effect
The Trait removes 10% of the Action Points cost when firing a weapon. This trait is especially useful when Aiming, as aiming costs more Action Points, as well as weapons with higher firing cost.
Negative Effect
The Trait removes 5% of your hit-chance to a target. Effectively cutting your range by 1.25 Hexes. Your maximum Hit Chance with this perk will also be lowered to 90%! Unless you take the Lazer Rifling perk, which will bring it back up to 95%.
