Dr. Strangelove is a possible Perk you can learn during the leveling process of your character.
Perk Description
+5% (additive) Explosive Resistance
Heal an additional 50 HP when using First Aid or Doctor.
Important notes
This gives +50 HP no matter the Skilllevel of First Aid or Doctor. Do keep in mind, then while the Doctor Skill heals bleed, this perk will add the 50 Hit Points as actual Heal, not as Bleed Removal, arguibly making this very good.
The +50HP are treated by Bandaged just like the usual Heal. Meaning, a 50% Bandaged target would only get 25HP from this perk.
