Watchtower is a possible Perk you can learn during the leveling process of your character.
Perk Description
Your Forward Side Vision is just as good as your Forward Vision.
Important notes
This effect works only partially with Four Eyes. It will NOT allow you to see to your forward sides as far as your forward vision, but it will increase the forward sides vision somewhat.
