Skilled

Skilled is a possible Trait you can pick during character creation.

Positive Effect

The Trait gives you an additional +8 [Skill Points]] every Level.

Negative Effect

This trait modifies when you get your perks. Instead of every 3 levels, you get a perk every 4 levels. Not only does that mean you get your perks slower then others, but because one only gains perks up to the 24th level, you will have a total of 6 perks, compared to the usual 8.
