Blind Luck is a possible Trait you can pick during character creation.

Positive Effect

This trap gives you a 50% chance of avoiding the effect, as well as the damage of the trap. (It will still trigger, possible injuring your teammates if it is a mine, or positively, open up the path for your teammates)

Negative Effect

-3 to your trap detection range. Meaning you see traps 3 hexes less far (Effectively making you almost fully blind to them)
