Perk Description

You need 25 base AP less to heal with First Aid and Doctor.

Important notes

Due to the perk lowering base AP, and not AP in general, it has less of an effect on higher First Aid and Doctor skills.
At maxed out skills, it lowers your AP cost by only 13 for example.

This perk is thus more effective at lower First Aid and Doctor Skills!
