The Hounds, are one of the possible Factions a player can join and fight for. Their base is stationed at the south-eastern side of Phoenix. It takes on a visual of a housing complex_{[unconfirmed]}. Their main enemies are the Church, meaning that they will shoot any Church member on sight and vice versa.
