Weapon Handling is a possible Perk you can learn during the leveling process of your character.
Perk Description
+2 to your Strength for the purposes of Strength checks when trying to wield weaponry.
Important notes
This does not increase your Strength by 2. It only increases your Strength for determining how effective you can wield weaponry, and if you meet their Strength requirement as if you gained 2 Strength. Even with 10 Strength, there are some guns requiring up to 15 Strength to reach their full effective range! The less Strength you have under the Strength requirement of a weapon, the less your effective range with that weapon becomes.
