Crippling Strike (Weapon Perk) is a possible Weapon Perk a weapon can have.
Weapon Perk Description
Target suffers -2 Endurance for the purposes of resisting Cripples.
Important notes
This effectively results in -10% Critical Endurance if rolling for cripples. If the target has more then 100%, you might still not be able to apply cripples on them.
