Due to Base Crit Chance also affecting Aimed Crit Chance, you get +3% Base Crit Chance, as well as +3% Aimed Crit Chance.

The perk adds bars over teammate's heads, allowing you to estimate their HP condition much easier on a glance.
You can also see your own HP above your head with the perk.
