Man of Steel is a possible Perk you can learn during the leveling process of your character.
Perk Description
+3 Luck For the purpose of resisting critical strikes.
Important notes
Basically, you get as much Critical Resistance, as if you would have taken 3 Luck. No other bonuses Luck would usually give are applied, only the Critical Resistance.
