Fearless is a possible Perk you can learn during the leveling process of your character.
Perk Description
Fearless gives you +5 bonus to Charisma for the purposes of resisting suppressive fire.
Important notes
This does not increase your Charisma by 5. It only increases your suppression resistance as if you gained 5 Charisma.
Even with 10 Charisma, taking Fearless will get you additional suppression resistance.
