Do or Die is a possible Perk you can learn during the leveling process of your character.
Perk Description
Your AP Regen+ increases up to +5AP per second as your HP drops.
Important notes
This does not increase your Perception by 2. It only increases your hit chance / effective range as if you gained 2 Perception.
Even with 10 Perception, taking Do or Die will get you additional effective range, especially when aiming at limbs.
