Information
Silent Hill Death is a possible Perk you can learn during the leveling process of your character.
Perk Description
+100% damage with your critical strikes but only if target Hit Points is lower then 5%.
Important notes
If the enemy has less then 5% HP, your critical strikes will do double damage. This is especially strong against enemies with Dead Man Walking, as they will receive double damage down to -200 HP.
It is important to note, that only critical attacks will receive this bonus!
